Hi we charge £10.00 postage unless it's ordered online, you are right it is to encourage people to use the website. We try to keep the prices as low as we can, for us if the order is placed online it takes less than 5 mins and it's finished. If it's placed over the phone we have to do all the input of the address, card details and all the part numbers for the invoice all this takes time. Then if we have a digit wrong or can't find the address we have to ring back and quite often get an answer phone and so on. All this take time and time is the most expensive part of a business. We aren't trying to make it difficult to order, it's just we have put everything in place to make it easy to order online, we have just taken on 3 more staff so this should make it a bit easier. I like to think of it as Free postage if ordered online, if we didn't offer it and charged for all deliveries I think we would get less complaints. We have 4 lines coming in but they are always busy, now we have more staff we should be able to get through the calls a bit quicker, so hopefully you won't get any delays getting through. Sorry for all the problems guys, but as you can see I'm still working the business has grown quick, I'm just starting to catch it up.

Big thanks for a great day out to Lee Winger. Just got back from the fishing trip I won from Lee Winger, what a great day! Just chilling and relaxing on his boat. Wasn't the best day for catching fish, but a true gent, good laugh and chat for the day. Lee had a proper work out with the rowing, while I just sat and soaked up the sun. Did I catch the sun though, I'm well crispy. Got there for 8.30 and Lee was ready with the boat and rods tackled and ready to go. Fished till 1.00 and back to the quay for lunch. Now, I like my food and Lee didn't disappoint; dressed crabs, chicken, scotch eggs, king prawns, smoked mackerel, salad, and crabs legs then strawberries and cream to follow. All washed down with wine or beer. Back out on the water for a bit more fishing till 3.30ish Top Marks Lee:thumbup: By the way, there's no rowing in Florida.

Did you have any serial numbers, if so post them up, or anything that makes them stand out. Check with you supplier as he should have your serial numbers logged. They do turn up from time to time when the police raid somewhere, and they need something to tie them back to you. I'm on the police call list to try and match machines back to owners when they turn up, but sometimes without serial numbers it's hard.

Think about August time, but don't know for sure.
