  1. Here's a link http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250367942464&ru=http%3A%2F%2Fsearch.ebay.co.uk%3A80%2Fsearch%2Fsearch.dll%3Ffrom%3DR40%26_trksid%3Dm37.l1313%26satitle%3D250367942464%2B%26category0%3D%26fvi%3D1
  2. Er, please tell me of ONE 6" chipper that will only take a 4" branch?? I've never seen one.
  3. Yes the banks should take some responsibility, BUT so should the borrower. I don't want to have a load of crap too go though if I want to borrow, I WHAT it to be MY responsibility, I have never not paid something I owe. Maybe IQ tests for borrowers would be the way forward!!! I think to liken it to betting, is a little simplistic. Unsecured loans, are just that "unsecured" and you pay more interest as a result and they know it may be hard to get it back if you default. BUT a mortgage is in reality is just a form of "rental purchase" when you sign up you know if you don't pay you loose the house. Its simple. Why no repossessions So what just give people houses?????????? If people are not held responsible for their stupid, irresponsible borrowing, they why don't we all go out and spend OTHER PEOPLES MONEY???!!!! I have very little pity for people who have lived beyond their means and borrowed to do so. The banker should be held PERSONALLY responsible, and their personal assets taken IF it can be shown that the when bought with money made at the expense of others. The PM has a great deal of responsibility for all this, for telling us that he had stopped "boom and bust" at the hight of the biggest "boom" we have ever seen!!!!!!!!
  4. That is truly bad news, very, very, sorry to hear that.
  5. Dean if you try these guys, tell them you will let them put there name on it and you will show it to other landy men, they might do you a good deal in the hope of future work
  6. Yes but thats a "PRICE" thing this ain't. I started on Husqys, but changed to Stihl, as I found, IME, that on hardwoods Stihl is far better. Any way I don't understand all the bitching, buy the saws you like and use em, works for me!! In my first post I put that "IMO", Stihl are much better, now either Husqy men give my opinion far more weight than it deserves, or they are way to defensive of their saw of choice, maybe they are TRYING to convince THEMSELVES???????
  7. 66, the king of saws!!!!!!!!!!!!, imo.
  8. As you aways work near home could you not get a couple of decent wheel barrows? They carry about the same as a landy, but would be much cheaper to run!! Only kidding, alloy does look really smart and would last for years.
  9. Clearly!!!!!!! And, IMO, they are stupid
  10. :confused1:Why????????? I don't find it hard, I just think do I want to have some money now and have to pay back MORE later, eeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrr NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I only borrow money to buy an asset, something that I need and will make me money, and can be sold if need be too pay back the loan. People who borrow money for every day things and holidays, any thing that gone before you've finished paying back the loan, are, IMO, plain stupid
  11. If you want to move light years ahead, try using those new thangled things I think there called "chainsaws" Oh and the very new "chipper!":001_tongue:
  12. Come on then, how much you charge?????????
  13. :scared1: Tell me thats a joke???????????!!!!!!!!!!:scared1:
  14. The thing to remember is that more borrowing (from people who ARE going too pay it back) is the only thing that will get us out of this mess .
  15. The finance on my trailer is paid up in May, the bank rang me in November to ask if I would like to take out some more. I thought it was because I was a safe client, but reading the above it seems they want to give credit to any one!!
  16. I'm sure if Husqvarna are so much better than Stihl, they must out sell Stihl by a huge %??? LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! like thats ever going too happen!!!!!!!!! I don't know the numbers, but Stihl out sell Husqy by a long way!!!!!!!!!
  17. Yes I know It's this bloody weather it takes forever to get out the yard, every thing is frozen up, I have to suck padlocks and breath on door locks
  18. Started at 10.45 AM, stripped out all brash by 12.15 PM, 45 minuets for lunch, finished the chipper that was not done whilst I was up the tree and positioned the crane by 2 PM, all done for 3.30 MP.
  19. Lime removal from yesterday, remembered to get some pic's for once.
  20. When you blow chip into the back, it will make a rounded pile, not a block with a right angle corner. It would take a lot more work to put a radius on the side, so you just chop of the corner.
  21. My remote has a display that tells you what % of the capacity you are using.
  22. I'll have you know I have 2 hitch climbers and some cord for a VT!!!! And one of these days I'll get them out the cab of the mog and give them a try:001_tongue:
  23. LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!! Brilliant!!!!!!!!!!
  24. Horrible, horrible, saw!! IMO, used to have one, the day I changed it for a 66 was a very good day!!.
