    too funny

It made me smile, but not laugh, I don't really see how seeing other people laughing would make laugh
  2. My personal opinion is that he has some SH ms200's, from who knows where, he has looked up the list price and thinks he can get us to pay £300 for them. As soon as he realised none of us pay list price he lost interest and they are suddenly all sold.
  3. This is not the place for this sort of stuff, IMHO. You know whats right, just keep on doing it.
  4. I agree!!! I think he knows its good, but he's being a bit of a drama queen!!
  5. Exactly!!!!!!!!!!! I would say that on clean wood, an axe if faster than most splitters.................................................................for the first hour But try splitting with an axe for 8 hours and you soon slow down
  6. Cut a small peg and bounce it of the groundies hat!!!! Works for me!!
  7. Not sure mate, I would think 6" or 8".
  8. Alex has a hydraulic Ducker chipper in his yard, or at least he did a few months ago.
  9. Looks fine to me, stop being so picky!!

  11. I guess it depends on your definition of "a decent job", the foot in the door jobs don't tend to be great, but if your good you can soon work your way up!!
  12. £55 for assessment only, for 20,21 and 22, which used to be pretty much all you needed.
  13. Do they not have MPing??????????????????
  14. But as you say, you were one handing a rear handed saw which is never good!! Your climber is only doing it with a top handle. I doubt I am as strong as your guy, but know I can control the kickback of an 020 with one hand. Great vids!! thanks!!
  15. Big mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My granddad used to work as a boiler man in the mill. One of the other guys used to catch spiders, put them on his shovel and hold it over the fire. They would run around until the heat killed them. If my granddad saw him doing this he would stop him. Any way one Monday morning this guys wife came to the mill, her husband and her and had a argument on Friday morning and he had not been home all weekend. It turned out that on Friday night he had gone for a few pints and then, because he did not want to go home, he got some fish and chips and took it back to the mill. Now on Friday night they drained the boilers and cleaned them, so he had climbed into one of them to eat his tea, as it was nice and warm. He fell a sleep. On Saturday morning the weekend staff came in and bolted the man lid back on, filled the boiler and lit the fire. Its not know whether he drowned or was boiled alive. My granddad alway said it was Karma for his cruel treatment of the spiders!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  16. Can't believe you girls all use a glass!!! Just man up and use your hand!!!
  17. You big girls blouse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I catch them gently in my hand and put them outside.
  18. Thats shocking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mind its not as bad as the thing I saw today!! it was an engine with a blade sticking off it and the blade had a chain on it with TEETH!!!! these teeth shot round at great speed and there was no guard or anything!!!!!! How can that be allowed!!!!!!! its terrible!!!! Although that was not as bad as something else I saw today, there were these huge heavy lumps of steel, between 1 and 44 tonnes, they had wheels and were tearing along at over 30mph!!! right past kids and other people, there was no fence or anything!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  19. As I stated in my earlier post, if you need to apply the chain brake in a kickback your saw needs fixing!!! it should come on automatically!!!
  20. I would guess because he can!!!!!!!!!!!!! Always the preferred option in my book!!!!!
  21. Good stuff Stevie!!! Looks like a fun job!!!
  22. I'm guessing it a replacement for any of the harnesses that have a replaceable bridge.
