  1. Seems to be much more work about this year than the previous couple. Hope it continues into next.
  2. My disco TD5 has been a good bus so far, a few niggles but nothing major. Low 20's for MPG but it's an auto on mud tyres so it's not going to be the best. Proper comfy and easy to drive. Tows extremely well and fits my massive dog in.
  3. That little loop will take an 020 all day everyday. If you clip a chainsaw into your D's you're asking for trouble.
  4. Very highly priced that like Steve said.
  5. Mike getting interview for our Norwegian TV debuts, if anyone wants an autograph just ask! And a few more from Norway.
  6. Cheers mate. Yeah I've had mine since last Xmas, it's been good. Had the ABS sensor break but we fitted a new one and its been fine since. Drives nice and smooth, is really comfy, fits LOTS of gear in it, tows really well, I am thinking of getting rid, more subby work keeps coming up that's further afield and doing lots of miles in the disco soon eats into the day rate! I can email pictures and spec if anyone's interested? Cheers
  7. I doubt he's prevented owt, if the guys used to a dull saw, he'll use it in a certain way (forcing it), now it's sharp, he'll still use it the same way, only now it should fly threw the timber, so in reality, it may have upped the accident factor??
  8. Jesus that's hilarious. One of the funniest tales I've ever heard. I'm in stitches!!

  10. LOVING this weather, no such thing as too hot!
  11. Not really, big saws with small bars are fantastic on smaller trees
  12. 560xp is THE best small saw out at the moment. Do a search, there's a few threads on the 560, some love it, some hate it coz the early ones had teething problems but for me it's the best small saw ever made.
  13. Freeze 2 of the 4 litres of water Pete, ice cold drink around dinner time really helps out.
  14. You should of got a Mog :-) They do look great these ivecos when converted to tree work buses.
  15. There's an L200 tipper with a CS100 for sale on eBay too, can't put a link up off my phone tho. Looks a good set up for small jobs.
  16. I woke up at 9am, took the dog out til 10:30am. Played on my Xbox til 1pm, went back to sleep til 3pm, went and bought beer and I've been supping it and watching TV (in between dog walks) ever since. It's been an AWWWWESOME day so far!!
  17. I've been asked to get a contact for a carver in the Manchester area, off a mate of mine at a Golf course, they want some stuff doing, please PM me your details and I'll pass them on. Cheers
