    Or you could use the two in one glove idea. Combining thick warms gloves and thin less griping gloves. The glove one the outside needs to be a size bigger.

    I've used WD40 for years no problems, but now i'm trying a teflon spray so far, so good.

    Why are you using coloured water instead of milk, in Germany they don' t even sell it.( skimmed milk ). Silky, try some Scottish Organic Milk.Good luck with the Diet / lifestyle change.
