  2. I've always used the oregon one's never had any problems so never changed.
  3. I know it's not easy it is a hard slog but can be very rewarding once you get there, You will learn alot on here and if your willing to graft your chance will come.
  4. I don't mean any disrespect but if you have to ask those questions then i wouldn't go self employed you would be a danger to yourself and others. Surely you should know what you are good at and if you know that then you have answered your question. I don't no what experience you have but in general it frightens me all the "fresh out of college" or "decide new career change" people who are going out and going self employed straight away. Even the most experienced of us have near misses, or serious accidents. It's just not worth going it alone unless you know what you're doing. I'm all up for training and getting experience but imo everyone needs to get time served with another company.
  5. All i do is go down the grades of sand paper using my thumb as the sanding block, I find it difficult but that because of my big hands tho:001_smile: (if anyone has long nails be careful as they could scratch the wood) Have fun:001_smile:

  8. The only files i use are 5/32, 3/16 an 7/32 so it's climbing saw,medium saw, bigger saw like 880
