You could always use a small router then burn what you have routered out thats a cheaper way. Theres loads of different ways i can think of depends how much time and money the customer wants to spend.

What you need is one of these, Power Carving The power carver or motorised carver or get a v chisel and do it by hand

Bloody hell, hope your ok mate and heal quickly. We have alot of people around here who drive around looking for scrap, they usually ask but if you say no they will come back later and take it. Hope you find the scum

You can get them from your local ikea. I like the bed the ammount of things you can get up too:001_smile: On a serious note they can probably all be made but buy machine tho, It's a shame that all the old crafts are dying tho.

10 ton a week
thats a shite load of charcoal. To be honest we would find it very hard to produce less than half of that. We have two kilns that will produce approx 2-3 hundred kg of charcoal each, a burn would take say 15hrs and then you shut it down for ideally 4 days. If its opened before hand it could relight and then no charcoal just dust:sad:. Plus we are replenishing are wood stock.May i ask what does he need that much charcoal for??

Justin you don't need to justify your price to anyone if they don't like they can lump it, You and your team are probably one of the most helpful lot i've met and that gets alot of respect from me because IMO thats a rareity these days. Keep up the good work:thumbup1:

Only if you knew how long they took to make, the first one i made i didn't put a cable tie one the tubing and it shot off and smacked my brother in the face. I can send the plans to anyone who wants them, inside you have to make a cam that presses down on the can so fiddly. I have spare tubing bolts and various other things left over if anyone intrested:001_smile:

My wife works at the school and came home one day handed me over the plan that she got from then internet and said do you fancy making these, How could i refuse. I had to test it on her first:biggrin:

One fire place and stove/bread rebuild oven i done in sweden.

I use to get a weight on a rope lower it down then fit a big sponge on and pull it up until it starts sealing the chimney and tip sand and cement mix down and slowly pull the sponge up, therefore sealing said pipe. Oviously with no ali tubing inside, then light a smoke bomb in fire place to see if it draws air up properly.

Just before the school half term i got asked to make 8 splurg guns for a bugsy malone school play. I'm waiting on the final scene pics deverstation but here's some of my eldest getting my youngest. Not much left in that can but just think of a full can of snow spray.
