  1. Yep i was a right porker stress doesn't help, but all i do different is take dog for long walks and i've stopped eating late at night.
  2. Well i might win the fatty bum bum title then, about 2 1/2 mths ago i was 17 1/2 to 18 stone. Now after lots of activitiys I now way 15st 3lbs .

  19. Here goes clening out my garage AGAIN and decided to sell some bits. 1. Stihl bs85 40" bar hedge trimmer, Spare cutting blade 40", Lots of spares inc Gears, spacers, bolts,carbs x5 (Were working when took off trimmers),New filter + cover, New foam handle, Fuel filter. Spare starter case and x2 handles. The trimmer does work but keeps cutting out needs a good tune tho. 2. 1 Small grease gun, spark plug, x2 combi spanners, x2 ms200t Chain catchers,Husqvarna helmet sweat band new, ms200t fuel breather. 3. Blue and green side strop 5M with snap hook, 1 kong karibiner with stainless steel Thingys (can't remember name) to hold 8mm rope in place, 10mm ocean polyester 4m. Open to sensable offers,
  20. The bowl is Sycamore and i turned it as a normal bowl then got a dremel and started cutting away once finished i got my burner and burnt the bits i cut out. That what i ended up with
