  14. If you find plenty i'd suggest you dry them out in a low oven, sliced first, in Italy they rarely eat fresh Porcini or as we call them Penny bun.. Porcini nice! 0ne finely chopped clove garlic fried in butter, add 5 rashers chopped bacon or pancetta to garlic and continue to fry, add the Porcini and when its wilted add a small carton of double cream, pepper no salt, bring to boil .. Cook some fresh egg tagliatelle, bought from any good supermarket, and mix with sauce... Bon appetito Or to get max flavour dry and re-hydrate.........

  24. 2 things were was a big wake up call to me, turning 40, and the credit crunch, there I was working 24/7 with no life, stressed to the max and slogging harder than I was in my 20's..............
  25. I agree I've just delegated two rods to the truck and ordered 200 lug, no finance, no employees, no stress for this kiddy, the only stress I have is checking the inshore forecast and seeing high winds, means I can't go sailing.............
