All I can say is if you don't like the way they work, try talking too them, if they listern all good if they don't and your're not happy don't work for them...............

No decent waves in this country for surfing imo, used to have a 6 string big mal, i'm Hobie Island Adventure Yaking these days, sail it, peddle it, paddle it, fish from it YouTube - Kayak fishing with the Island tramp Hobie Mirage Adventure Island

Just watched this appalling spectacle of human loss, watching these young lads in Union Jack drapped coffins come off a plane and go into a hearse is enough to bring a tear to the eye........ These lads signed up to fight and protect this country! not die in some Afghan desert hell hole for, dare I say it nothing!! No politicians to meet them! and at least pay some respect! makes me sick! I hope this government is proud of its self, and the electorate remember these young lads when it comes to the next election!!

We were going to have an ''emergency climbing kit'' to loan out in circustances like this, but nobody wanted to help out other than me, Steve Bullman and Ian Leach! and a few others who offered LOLA inspections for free... Good job you don't rely on your climbing kit for a living

Keep an eye out during the day for ''moochers'' thats a couple of blokes in a car mooching about noseing around, asking silly questions, have you got owt for sale,asking for directions that kind of stuff, they use these tactics to case joints, and come back at night to rob you.........

Not picking on your recipe mate, I'm sure it tastes great! but are you sure you havn't got corriander seeds mixed up with fennel seeds? in France ''bouillabaisse'' which in essence your recipe is always calls on fennel seeds, you can also add a small pinch of Saffron to the soup/stew... We serve bouillabaisse, the juice/soup first with croutons and garlic mayo 'aiolli' and the poached fish as a main course, served with spuds,Marseille style..

farmed bass and bream are very good, make sure the eyes are bright and not sunk in.... Forget the tin foil, just put the fish whole on a non stick oven tray, lemon slices in the cavity, salt pepper olive oil on the skin, through in a a few olives, cherry toms, and add a glug of white wine around the fish, hey presto 'Pesce al forno' or in English fish from the oven....... Mackerel on the bbq salt only is good, but they need to be ultra fresh, skate wings fried are excellent, I make a lemon and caper sauce to put over my skate, simply melt some butter in a pan add a teaspoon chopped capers and the juice of a lemon, bring to the boil and pour over your skate wings.. Fresh preparred squid rings in a very light beer batter are good, yet your fish monger to prepare your squid.. We'll move on to stewed polpo next week [octopus].... Have you got a makros in town Dean? really good fish come in on wednesday

I'm using my brain in this heat, all work finished by 11am, essential fluids and nourishment throughout [coffee,juice, steak and eggs, jam and baquettes today] cool down no later than 1pm....
