  9. If you find plenty i'd suggest you dry them out in a low oven, sliced first, in Italy they rarely eat fresh Porcini or as we call them Penny bun.. Re-hydrate in hot water, Porcini chopped up in a beef and red wines stew tastes good served with polenta, put polenta on a wooden board, I used to have a disk of sycamore and put stew on top Polenta How To Make Polenta Recipe (Food & Drink: Italian) A good beef and porcini recipe recipe Beef Stew with Port and Porcini Recipe - Gail Hobbs-Page | Food & Wine

  24. If you haven't got the gear you shouldn't be advertising the service thats my opinion, if you've got so much work for land owners why not turn away wok you're not equiped to deal with?
  25. Do you have adequate insurance to cover contactors? I mean a man with a van [actualy truck] is unlikely to have insurance covering chainsaw use. I've employed self employed climbers and groundsman in the past whether they had insurance was of no concern to me, qualifications were priority to me. My insurance covered them, it was my legal obligation .. Are you actually after a groundsman with a truck? your original post was unclear
