I blame all for the rope tangle, the climber for not placing his lines away from the rigging rope. Everyone else for not checking it for him. Do you not think that cleaning more of the ivy off would have helped see the situation a little better? Plenty to learn from this for all of us

If the piece is not being locked off, and of suitable size, i do not consider this much of an issue. However when mis aligned the rotational effect does often worry me.

When a variagated species starts to revert to normal pigmented growth, it is usually a sign of stress. The lighter shades of green in the leaves usually photosynthesise at a lower efficiency, hence the reversion is a method of increasing productivity

I use a small keyring type krab as you can see in my pics. How are you finding having the prussic so short/close? i left it long enough to maintain a bit of space between the different sides of the rope

It's been a while since i sold timber, so my memory is a little vauge. If there is enough to put a parcel together, then that was where we got our best prices. I'm sure there are online sites for auctioning them.

C is allround, and A is front only. I read the same and made the conclusion that it is a recomendation only, and have read that same phrase in several places. Type C is for cold weather only!
