  1. Who said I love hedge work?
  2. If the piece is not being locked off, and of suitable size, i do not consider this much of an issue. However when mis aligned the rotational effect does often worry me.
  3. Glad you decided to grace us with your presence bob!
  4. I missed that. Great article Colin. Nice to have such a vocal advocate!
  5. When a variagated species starts to revert to normal pigmented growth, it is usually a sign of stress. The lighter shades of green in the leaves usually photosynthesise at a lower efficiency, hence the reversion is a method of increasing productivity
  6. The gunmakers want the rootball of the tree. Furniture grade timber is usually in demand by the timber merchants

  16. Thanks Steve. Interesting options. I like the rescue scenario, or for the big saw. Not sure about using it as a lanyard, but will give it a try anyway
  17. C is allround, and A is front only. I read the same and made the conclusion that it is a recomendation only, and have read that same phrase in several places. Type C is for cold weather only!

  23. the combo is appealing, however most trucks I see have mid mounted platforms. Not sure what is involved remounting one?
  24. Looks a nice bit of kit Ed. I love the dodge 50's serious workhorses and usually reliable. Does it have the phaser engine?
