    Had sorbus out for the day teaching us how to use the Picus. Quite a lot to take in and will take a few trees to get fluid in its use. Quite interesting to see if the tree is what you predict it will be. few pics and quite possibly the most expensive claw claw hammer in the world at £2000

    I would imagine so. Certainly made me use mine less. Not so much the weight issue, but the cut quality of the little stihl chain which you cant achieve with the 201.

    Good thread, will have to go through my old pics. Theres very few trees I only do with a silky though, I certainly wouldnt have cut through the sized timber in yours pics by hand!

    I can quite happily wear the geckos all day long with no discomfort, they are worth the extra. I have carbons but comfort should be the same between carbon and ali, you just won’t look as cool
