  1. salts not bad for you. its the sodium branded as salt that is. Go for the himalayan rock salt or sea salt from a good source. Also your diet may be lacking in enough fat if you're feeling a bit lethargic. Try adding more eggs, and maybe some bacon for breakfast. Those artificial carbs you used to eat and relied on for energy need replacing with something more natural

I guess the moral of the story is, spend too much time working out the best ways of climbing less then thats exactly what you'll do...climb less, and not necessarily for the better Hope that makes sense

    Poles

Used poles a lot in my earlier years for deadwooding etc. Then I stopped, and my climbing improved dramatically. I found they made me lazy. They still have their place though
  6. £4000-£6500 in business terms isn't much of an investment for what you get...a machine that can basically do any size stump if you have the stamina for it. I'd say even a small pedestrian grinder should be a must in any firms arsenal
  7. Yep was a shame he left. Never had a crossed word with him
  8. I used to enjoy Jesse's posts, then he had an inexplicable melt down because the software had automatically blocked his swear words and asked to be banned ?

Personally I don't, although having just taken out a mortgage I am considering its worth despite no longer climbing trees. Do you consider it an expense you don't need? Finally what are you paying and for what level of cover?
