Cheers Gary, couldn't get a flight [emoji33]

Respectfully, I can't disclose any details at this stage as the matter has only just come to my attention.

Regards

Paul

Do you mean you’ve only just heard about the outcome or do you mean you didn’t notice the video that anyone on tree Facebook pages and tree forums couldn’t have possibly missed for about three weeks? The one that since then gets brought up all the time.

Now , now , now !! I think the implications of this event an its ruling gotta sink in - the drama comes from the fact it was videoed in Public , so there is a message to All on how they carry out tree works in full view , an that especially applies to big companies , K

Genuinely interested in what @AA Teccie (Paul) 's thoughts are on the case now it's over? Does this affect the aa credentials of the company? Or the inspection intervals?

seems like e HSE found a catalogue of errors rather than misfortune

I thought that the point of being AA approved was to show that you were working to a standard set and assessed by the industry’s trade body. As you point out josh this team were operating far below this standard.

Enough to focus all of our attention the next time we take on a fell like that.

Do you really think?

Not being arsey,.

The fear of killing or seriously injuring someone means far more to me, this fine will not make me think differently in any way.

I would expect a cock up like that to be career ending.

Dave, literally hundreds of people have died in my quest to have a hilux with personalised plates and all terrain tyres, nothing and nobody stands in my way, clients, pedestrians even tree officers have all “disappeared”
