i'm guessing it will depend on your metabolic rate and the activity you are doing.

 

i didn't do much on sunday but still managed to drink 5L+ of diet coke.

 

peed a fair bit today but not yesterday.

I use this stuff to remove oil and stains from customers driveways, just spoonfuls. Think what it is doing to your insides, and NO I don't drink it at ALL.

Eating loads of beetroot in your sandwiches when you are dehydrated produces the most amazing coloured wee.

 

My mum swears blind I used to do pink pees as

a kid because I ate so much beetroot. :lol:

i thought that may shock a few people. as for seeing 50 i've only got 17 years to go.

 

to be fair it's all i've drunk since i was 15.

 

i don't drink alcohol so i can't drink stellas.

 

 

i thank everyone for their concerns about my health but 2 months ago i got a clean bill of health from my gp since they were worried about my blood pressure.

 

 

i take life as it comes and wish to enjoy every minute.

 

 

my pee is usually pale or clear. occasionally yellow if i've not drunk very much during the day.
