..My dad bought me an Eddie Merxx racing bike fr my 14th birthday , it cost him a weeks wage . I bought an Dawes 600 Aluminium frame mountain bike - cost me a weeks wages, 3 yrs ago - the Dawes has 10x the engineering in it - how does any of this compare to what we had ? K
