Yeah, She brought employment to the Congo, all those kids digging for rare earth metals for her free Tesla.

They might actually be more educated and worldly wise than Gretta.

She may be a fake, she may be a MB, she may be many things, but (and this was my point) her activism has skewed public opinion to a more green agenda.

I know that anything that isn’t hyper-critical of her brings out certain sections like hornets swarming out of a nest, but it doesn’t change her effect.

I will draw a comparison with Nigel Farage, often vilified, questionable if his presence has made the UK a better or worse place.

But he is the single most significant politician of the last 30 years.

like it (and him) or not.

Looking at the naive braiwashed children in the foreground speaks volumes.

The Sami people had their claim of the windfarm being illegle upheld by the courts. The Windmills should have been torn down as ordered by the court. Instead nothing has been done.

The wind farm is in an important winter grazing area for Reindeer.

Thats what its about.

Whilst I agree about Nigel, Gretta no.

Your seeing green being good, it's nothing but funnels for money to the rich.

Being green should never necessarily require a choice, change of lifestyle or require a subsidy.

Let's use car/air travel as an example, ignoring the emmisons malarkey including adblue which achieved clean emmisons by burning more oil based fuels.

What has made everything ultimately more efficient, fuel price is the answer.

That's absolutely fair enough It's not what I took from a quick glance at the picture.

.........her activism has skewed public opinion to a more green agenda.

And how are people embracing this 'green agenda' tell me?

Are they giving up their cruises, are they reducing their air-miles, are they buying less disposable shit, are they spending their money on quality longer lasting items even though they may be more expensive in the first place, are they looking for more locally produced food, are they shunning out of season fruit and veg to reduce food miles, are they cutting down on internet usage or messaging apps to help reduce the ridiculous carbon footprint of largely pointless data centres, etc, etc.

When the answers to all the above are a resounding "yes", then I'll start to consider that the "green agenda" may be something more than yet another media/corporate buzz word for the gullible.

Whilst your not saying it explicitly, skewing public opinion to a green agenda definitely sounds like a endorsement for the green washing Gretta.
