Well knowing the Finnish mentality I’d say it was well thought out and implemented bud. 2017 if memory serves me right, caused huge resentment to the taxpayers funding it.  To be honest the general vibe I got off people I know over there was it encouraged pure idleness and utterly stifled any form of ambition. Mind you is that not Socialism 🤔
