Lockdown is all well and good but when the consequences  of that starts to outweigh those of the thing it’s supposed to be helping defeat ?‍♂️?‍♂️
Scotland’s lockdowns policy is more driven by SNP attitude to Westminster than any science. The lockdown in effect up here is non existent and prolonging it is doing nothing but cause untold financial and mental hardships.

Somebody is always whinging or demanding action for something it seems.

Indeed, it never ceases to amaze me how we instantly demand, justice, retribution and punishment for people’s misdeeds... particularly if they happen to be from across the other side of the political divide..
when it comes to ourselves, or one of our own we tend to be much more gracious....

It shows how there's always someone out there trying to catch out someone in the limelight, who'd want to live in that situation even if he's a pernicious creep.

Ian Blackford ? I see he is demanding yet another resignation.

One of the worst  examples of a  whining Hand wringing politician.

But Blackford is just a "poor wee crofter", his election leaflets show him hugging lambs and the like

Keep up with the Scottish news. I like it in the way I liked hearing that when Monty arrived in North Africa in WW2, he found that the conscripted officers treated orders as the basis for an open discussion, rather than doing their duty and carrying them out.

Not being snide. Scotland has hope even if some of the most vocal are sometimes dour

It has nothing to do with the most vocal being dour, (in your opinion at least). Its the ruling political party using this 'pandemic' as a Political Tool, weaponising it for their own ends at the cost of the Scottish population.

Yes. The impression from south of the border, is that the SNP are sniping and gorilla fighting amongst themselves and the usual secondary factions, rather than conducting trad trench warfare. And all the while, trying to keep the population united on the home front - as you put it - for their own ends.

Whilst the smoke and mirrors serve as distractions (RT-sponsered ex-banker Alex Salmon), I'm just saying there is politics and those who play at politics  - in my humble opinion - and people's lives will have something to say about that sooner or later.
