So, given that it's not his land she was allegedly tresspassing on, was he executing a cack-handed citizen's arrest?

Not aggravated trespass then.

The woman has come across as quite reasonable in interviews. All a bit handbags at dawn. However, he had plenty of time to assess the situation. They were people shouting climate change slogans and walking around. They weren't shouting God is great, wielding knives and attacking the nearest people. He didn't get up and move to meet her. He had a go when she reached him. Other protesters got right up to Mark Carney and the top table guests.

He just over reacted, as I've said we've all done it. It's just that most of us aren't Government Ministers, and we didn't do it at the Lord Mayors Banquet in the full glare of the media.

If she had balls, he wouldn't have acted in the manner he did.
People get done for 'common assault' for less than that.

First part is pure speculation, second part, agree.

Lets see how it plays out....

What are your thoughts on the drone issue Mark?

Apparently T was locked & loaded but stood down at the last minute.

Are you still of the mind that the tanker hit was a US black op designed to start a war?
