schools have a budget to provide meals at about the 30p mark which they achieve for a 2 Corse though the custard is a bit watery  and most of it is cooked from fresh produce

what the MP was stating is about right cook from scratch and save money

In 2017 Prison govenors averaged £2.07 a day to feed and water a convicted criminal each day on a mass scale, explain how that can be done for 30 pence per day for a single person.

because at schools its one meal per day prison is 3 maybe 4 if there is supper  but even at 2 quid a day that is a lot cheaper than buying a takeaway

So, three prison meals would be 90 pence if each meal costs 30 pence each? Where did the average (recorded) £2.07 come from?

Oh dear! MOST people claiming benefits are in work. Do you want to try again Rodney?

There is a vast difference in a working family receiving a top up (I don’t agree with this either) to generational families living their whole lives on benefits.

The money these two types of families receive is vastly different and disingenuous of you to lump them together.

My mistake, it's £2.02, or was back then. Now explain how it's done for 30 pence/meal.

That £2.02 includes the staff to cook it for them and deal with all the cleaning and all the logistics involved in shipping and transportation. Now I know the Dole Bums want everything handed to them on a plate but getting staff in to cook and clean for them on top is taking things to far.

Saying that these lazy buggers are now demanding lunches prepared and delivered to their doors for their spawn during the school holidays. It’s utter madness.
