Some good 'ole memories coming back from looking at those tractors........ They and in particular Countys seemed big machines in those days but are toys in size compared to what is around today.[/quote

Ah but will the tractors of today still be working in 30 years time??

finally got round to taking pictures of the machines working

Get some more pics up ! Very nice machines.what valmet /valtra are you running there?

I do have a soft spot for county's .

We don't run any new tractors but were picking the valtra techs brain whilst he worked on our tractor what newer120bhp tractor would he buy ,he said he would seriously stick with the valmet 6400 although it's an older machine it's still very simple ,despite the wiring issues we had in comparison to a modern tractor they where simple and easy to fix.

valmet 6400 is a brilliant tractor not to hi tech reliable and for its size power is great one of the best tractors we have owned

I looked at a valmet 6400 last year looked a good solid tractor but on test drive the clutch cable went so could not give it a good test and talking to own this had happened a lot in there owning it, is this a common problem.
