I think some times its easy to worry far too much, just watch the news and consider how insignificant our first world problems really are:001_smile:

I feel anything you say regarding the hedge or arisings will be taken as sour grapes by you as you did not get the work.

Be confident in your own ability, if you and your client are happy when you leave a job thats all that matters, best advertising is word of mouth.

What I ment was maybe the old couple don't want use some body who's put a card tro there door as there son or some one they know will come and do it for them !!
