Just wondering if anyone has made these? if so what mm diameter pipe have you used?

what metal? i have a funny feeling that copper might bulge at 120ish psi?

where have you brought the matirials from? all i seem to have found online is 22mm diameter and that seems to small??

here are a couple links i found to give you an idea!

We (read, I watched a plumber mate) make a "spud gun" powered by lighter gas but it was a tad powerful. It was a hoot, but who wants to be retrieving a throw bag from 8 or 9 gardens away? :laugh1:

Made several of these over the years but usually run them on hairspray.

here you go! takes up to around 12 bar max! but to be honest its a bit crazy cos you can happily fire it further than a 50 meter throw line! but if you get used to what pressure for what distance your laughing....... its really accurate as well. its made from fire sprinkler fittings which i very much you'll be able to get hold i'm afraid.

let me know how you get on!!

Quick search for high pressure fitting and there's lots of companies out there.

Toolstation do some gas pipe fittings:

All things high pressure from here:

http://www.highpressure.com/products/valves-fittings-tubing/ , including tubes but 3/8" seems to be their largest.
