Nah you'll never get that. Thing with bad service is people remember, I remember going in a pub I was a regular at about 15 years ago and the landlady served me without smiling or saying a single word apart from the price

I got a bit of a snotty comment from a cashier in tescos the other week because I was looking on my phone while she was waiting for me to pay for my shopping. Think she felt a bit of a pratt when I explained I was loading up my clubcard app for her to scan.

I had a run in with a shop assistant a year back because she was yammerin on her phone as I waited to be served..

 

I asked her if she was paid to work in the shop or was she paid to make arrangements with her daughter on the phone..

The wife used too work in retail as a shop manager,the stories she told me about how bloody rude some people are was really shocking.Plus the usual having to deal with the theiving swines.Im glad shes not in that enviroment anymore.Some people can be very rude to serving staff
