talking to me pet mechanic today, where I took me tyre to see if he could repair it.

he said the strangest one he had bought in, was a 12mm bolt, 19mm head sticking out the tyre, took the tyre off and inside was a nut and washer on the other end of the bolt.

A piece of pointed angle iron fell off a scrap lorry, went through the rear tyre wall of my car and stopped the wheel going round by wedging against the swing arm.

Same . Angle iron went through the side wall .

I used to work in a garage that had a tyre bay, some of the stuff I've seen u just wouldn't believe. Seen a horse shoe completely inside, half a coil spring that dug in and ripped brake line off, a padlock!, wheel brace, various bits and lengths of steel angle and round bar, a house hold door handle. Blow outs that had ripped wings off, undershields and brake pipes

One the the favorites had to be when my missus turned up, driving in on a completely flat tyre "I think summit wrong with my tyre"

It had a table spoon in it - spoon end first!!!
