on one hand justifying gunning down burglars is one step away from US gun laws and look how that turned out for them, high school massacres on a regular basis. On the other hand our PC Oh **** what will Brussels say! government needs to grow a set and stop protecting criminals! sorry, rant over:blushing:

Went to see Jethro not long after the original incident, he said the only mistake Tony Martin made was that he didn't get the other one, got the biggest cheer of the night. It is ridiculous that in this country criminals have more rights than thier victims, if you find some thieving scum poking around your house or yard on a night they deserve all they get.

There was a lot more to his case than simply shooting 2 burglars.

And as much as I think anyone should have the right to protect the property, personally I don't feel he should be allowed to have a license, it appears he don't need one anyway ? if they have found anything this time it will be second known time he has been in possession of an illegal firearm.

After my break in in daylight yesterday see thread I could not agree more!

The 2 burglars were not invited to be on Tony Martins property or inside it the man was at the end of his tether.
