Same as Mark but also got a 20" for my 390xp which on a big saw has had some abuse and lasting far better than anything else. Just put a 36" on the 088 so see how that go's.

Went through so many bars on the 540xp it was ridiculous couldn't get 2chains worn out before the husky bars were shot or falling apart.

Hi

A 390 on 20" must cut well - bet it went through a few bars before you changed

Very durable bars I'm not to keen on the one I had on my 560 though ... Running another 560 with a pro lite I was reaching for the Oregon by the end of the day finding it that little bit more flick able for snedding , great bars for tree surgery that will last a long time though.

Most of the time it has a 28" on for general arb work but for a lot of cross cutting or felling medium hardwood the 20" delivers a ridiculous amount of power especially with an extra tooth on the rim sprocket 😉

Standard bar never stood a chance and spit the nose sprocket out after about a weeks felling big pine.

Totally agree with you on the stihl rollomatic guidebars, however the are on the heavy side and lifespan can be quite short depending on the type of work the saw is being exposed to regularly.Cheerz for your thoughts,i guess i ll give it some more thought.Tbf they dont seem to do a guidebar for the 201T anyway

Sugihara do a bar for the MS201T

My mate has one.

Hi, must admit I'd love a 390, sounds like a 365 on steroids! </derail>

What everyone's forgetting is....they look cool as well!!!

Agreed, even the painted logo seems to take a while to wear.

Hey all, been hearing and seeing a lot of guys online and on you tube raving about sugihara guidebars, how light they are, more balanced, rails dont wear out etc.Is it all propaganda by people being sponsored by sugihara or is the product worth purchasing???

Anyone using them?

How do the handle compared to standard stihl/oregon/husky bars.

Cheerz

I've got 3 sugihara lightweight bars, on a 200T, 540xp and a 372xp.

Go for one, You won't regret buying it.
