Massively undercut on job! But why?

out of interest how would you guys price to remove 20 mature conifers down a drive with good access. All of them a foot to eighteen inches in diameter at the base and about 25/30 feet tall.nothing in the way and all arisings to be taken off site. No stumps to be ground.

Have they been retained by a fence on the outside? That would reduce the volume of brash significantly but increase the task slightly if the fence can't be damaged. Any cables bt or otherwise?

 

Sorry missed this , no fences these were the boundary trees .

In 20 years I've never had that problem, guess I'm just lucky :biggrin:

 

Think of all the hours of typing and stamps I've saved :001_smile:

 

Thats a fair comment and your right,typing and emailing is a bit binding,I'm 50/50 verbal,written if its a straight forward single item job then I go verbal, if it's multi parts to a job I go written via email as I have had a couple of times customers have tried it on . Job I quoted yesterday had 7 bits to it!
