Welder castors haven't coped too well with being dragged round the yard, so I'm going for the all terrain upgrade.

Remove the existing wheels, make an angle frame to carry the wheels and sit in the welder into it. Simples...........................

Thats a brilliant idea Pete but if the pneumatic tyres were anything like the crap I purchased off the bay of thieves you will probably end up changing them for the solid ones.

 

My drag about yard box tyres always seemed to be punctured or flat;

That looks suspiciously like a Bedford axle lurking behind the cart?!

The solid puncture proof trolley tyres are good but unfortunately they still use the same crappy bearings/wheel centres etc which will eventually fall apart

It's was your tool trolley that gave me the idea actually!

 

I had those yellow tyres on a sack truck, they gave up to but I'm very hard on sack trucks.

Today's breakages...

1 Bent bar on the 880

2 Top handle... was holding it at the time of the impact and still holding it after....(70' up an Ash and the hand's a bit sore....will upload video soon)

3 Will to live
