Is that such a big deal? Don’t those rubber tracks have steel reinforced bands in them?

Yes, there’s plenty of life left in that track yet(if that’s the only split?) just ease up on the handbrake turns! The problem will be when the moisture gets in and starts to rust wires and it’ll let go at the most inconvenient time. I’d run it as is but get a new one in stock ready to replace it.

Its split all along I just presumed that it was only the edges now holding it together? The track doesn't seem just right in fairness.

Glad I got job done and back on trailer anyhow!

The metal part is flapping about some. I thought once that's whipped out the track will skip and probably come off?

It didn’t look too bad in photo. Time to get a new track then. As I said it’s bound to let you down at the most inconvenient time. Despite telling the blokes not to turn on a stump-especially small stumps? What did half wit do? Spun it on a small sprag, rips the track and still half the day to go😫. If the thing rips it’s difficult to load, ended up supporting one side with a loader and tracking the other side. Lifted it off back at Mission Control with a loader. I now always keep a spare track in reserve - they’re not that much🤔
