General work gloves

What does everyone use for general work gloves? I'm currently using the Orange latex builders gloves at £1 a pair, tend to last about a week. Just wonder if there is anything better.

I like the Pfanner Fine grip gloves but then I mostly climb for a living. It depends on what the majority of your work is.

For winter, these are good outdoor gloves, no use for anything intricate though

These are what i wear all year round really. I get mine from toolstation, about £2:20 a pair. Hardwearing and comfy.

Looking for a glove for using on the wood processor when its wet and need a good grip to roll timber on log deck, would they do the job?

I use Tegera 17 - they're about £5.50 a pair and really tough full leather

I'm on showa assemblygrip. £3-4/ pair but they don't wear out. 6 weeks of all sorts of work and they stunk before the grip even thought about wearing through.
