Assuming its the Evo II jacket you are referring to, the manufacturer will tell you that it is water resistant and not water proof. However 45 minutes does seem unusual and not something we've had a report of before. Best bet's contact Justin

 

Just read this- what's 'Water resistant' mean? If you work outside and buy a water resistant jacket you expect to keep dry, that's the whole point of wearing it. :confused1:

Think they have ratings for different degrees of water resistance, no jacket should be described as waterproof as it's always going to get in the neck,arms and waist.

 

I've just bought the Harkie smock and was still pretty wet after a morning of heavy rain recently

 

Bit disappointed tbh
