I quit for 6months on one of them things but you need to keep changing the element thing I will try again soon

Whilst I know we shouldn't I don't think it will happen until the times right and you get that frame of mind. I did buy an ecigarrete thing but coughed more than when I had a roll-up taking a puff.

Used one for the last 2 months, now on 0mg nicotine liquid and using it rarely. Certainly works.

Bought one earlier in the year manged 6 weeks on it without any baccy, then slowly started scrounging of the other lads and then was back on the rollies full time again, still use the e cig now and again, think I need to find a liquid I like more, have given up loads of times over the years but seems alot harder this time working with 5 other smokers

Strangely enough, I was planning on getting one this weekend. I've smoked for 30 odd years and don't want to anymore. It kills you, makes you stink and costs alot of money, where's the sense in that?

My brother smoked for 35 odd years and he's completely quit using one.

Smoked for 20 years and quit cold turkey 6 yrs ago , never touched a fag sinse. Best move I have ever made.

I quit about 11 months ago using one, but am pretty addicted to it.

I've had about 3 rollies since, and they were all rank.

The thought of tailor-mades makes me heave.

Don't bother with garage crap though, you need a decent set up, and do have to buy new atomisers etc. now and then.

Totallywicked.com is worth a look.

Costing me about £6/week now, and feel loads better.
