Despite being told dozens of time not too the lads that do the domestic work have been feeding the sweepings through the chipper destroying the ali blades. Timberwolf`s dont like stones.

We used to have this problem all the time.I worked with a friend as the tree gang of a large landscape, maintenance firm and were running a tracked and towable chipper which sometimes went out with the maintenance boys, every time it was used by any one but us this happened. There was a lot of shouting in the shed but they still could not get it. Very annoying and costly.Retards:thumbdown:

could always do like a mates previous employer does. production type bonus. If production, in this case jobs done to right standard in expected time frame and no breakdowns caused by stupid or banned actions then a bonus payable to squad at end of week, any problems and no bonus.

theres a good chance the breakdowns will go down, so costs down and bonus will cost less than lost time/breakdowns etc.

If the flywheel fins can be destroyed by small bits of sweepings I'd say the design is flimsy or the 'operators' idea of small bits is different from the owners' definition.

Why do TW make their fins from tissue paper anyway?
