When we worked on the gardens the worst thing was running over it with the Flymo and getting it splattered all round your ankles then getting back in the Land Rover to eat your sandwiches :(

It's something we don't see much of in NZ to be honest. nothing like I did back in the UK anyway. I have two French Mastiffs and they leave mountains of the stuff but all I do is sink a plastic dustbin (bottom cut off) into a hole in the ground and then just go round with a shovel once day after the sun has baked em hard and drop them in to the bin and put the top on. If I remembered to get some bio digester I'd probably never have to worry about digging another one but because I haven't, once the bin is almost full, I just pull it out and dig another hole. Stick a bit of soil and grass seed on top of the full hole and job done. Great for the lawn and the plants too. Just not anything you intend to eat. I've never figured out why it's so difficult to clean up your lawn after your dog.
