  8. Evening everyone I have been offered a l200 single cab 84000 miles, 2 owners from new, service history 12 months Mot, £1500,anyone know what there like on fuel consumption, reliability, I run a small mowing &maintenance business, any thoughts?

  13. Hi all, don't know if this has been asked before but I'm looking for some boots 'prefably slip on' quite cheep,that don't clog up with mud and weight a ton everytime you do a little bit of digging in a flower bed!
  14. A new broom always sweeps clean, bide your time ⌚ and they will soon be asking you to take it away, or pay you to cut it uo for someone else
  15. End of job or if contract whatever you have agreed, always have bank details printed on invoice and state -invoice payable upon receipt. As a small business I can't wait for payments more than seven days, most people understand and are as good as gold just be honest, good luck.

I mow a patch of grass for a church ⛪ local to me I put in the price of £35,00 per visit Reverend called me and asked if I had mad a mistake as the last guy charged £60,00 yes I said £35,00 great you got the job, now I have all the grounds to do at £80,00 per visit the way I look at it is they pay on time ⌚ usually within 5days I turn up when I want, and when I have quiet days a few hours there means I'm still earning, so by not being greedy I have gained a job 👌
