Ideas to make money from land

I have a 3 acre bit of land, and I want it to earn some money, I have had a number of ideas caravan club site (parish council went loopy) animals but site not big enough to make profit, logs but misses wants more family freindly idea im stumped at minute. I know i wont make my fourtune out of it, but I just want it to make a small amount, Its on the edge of a village with good access.

Where in the country is it and what is it currently used for?

if the land is wet then cricket bat willows may be a good option but it would take years to get any money back but they could be incorporated in with something else like animal grazing

it just outside canterbury kent and at moment i have pigs on it rest is fields grass

land is very good drainer so stays quite dry

Plant trees. After seeing loads of ads looking for hardwood it'd seem daft not to, ok it'll take a few years. Maybe think coppicing Ash to give constant return. Also hazel to make hurdles etc was going to get some for fence panels but they were after £45 each for a 6x6 panel.

For the time being maybe an offroad / quad pay and play site. A twisty course around clumps of tree

Dig it out for a lake fill with fish and charge £30 ahead for fishing.if you do it right you'll make money' help environment and keep the wife happy. It's not a short term fix and would take a few years stocking with fish' getting the wildlife and forner in to gear but etc.
