Got to be a scam . You would have to have free climbed with out taking up any slack and the fall a good way to shock load the ZZ and then I doubt if it would fail in that way . That has been tested to destruction on a tensile test m/cn and the photo leaked out and some one has mistakenly or deliberately jumped to the wrong conclusion . .... possibly !
