although I would guess its a fallen tree if you're wanting to chop it up

Yes thats the problem you cant just drag it out its too heavy

Not with out having a motor bike or quad bike and they make a noise and the FC have sings up on the gate saying its an offence to ride a motor bike on this land

Contact the FC and ask to buy a dead tree off them, then you won't have to worry about noise if it's all legit.

I though they stopped that on the grounds of health and safety

Sounds a load of old rubbish to me

more like the government want people to buy expensive oils and gases so they can make the big companies become richer and make the poor poorer and make the cost of living go up so they can screw the economy up and force the world back in to slavery

still be interested in doing a deal with someone on a chainsaw though

This is just getting a bit tedious now. If you have permission to collect the deadwood, why do you have to go for it at 4am.

Why dont you just buy a cheapo saw to carry out your deads instead of hire / borrowing one.

Are you trained to use a saw/ ppe etc

Or as someone else said, are you a thief out on the pinch.

I thought people installed log fires to save money then they think the firewood should come for free makes me laugh.

Im heating my van at the moment with the side loader door open and a fire next to it

All wood I collected from trees right next to me and took 10 mins
