Yes, given modern agri tractors have suspension & air brakes. One exception that's common in EU. Most operators in the UK may think twice about pulling 20+ton on a hinged drawbar dolly tho:

Picked up some bales in my defender earlier, I was heavy but ok- the other bloke there in the transit was something else!! The lad with the flat cap is my mate who was selling the bales, not the transit driver 😅😅😅😅

Saw a dopy farmer the other week with 4x5 round bales on a trailer behind land rover and had them laying flat so load was 10 ft wide, could not believe how daft people are.
