Hi Jon, that was a mix of arb 'waste' for own use right ol mix o stuff but about 50% yew, I reckon about 3m3

When I was assessing a forestry contractor in front of me was saying guy in front of him at weighbridge came in at 55 tonnes

 

Is that a lot?

 

11 tonnes over I would imagine, so possibly looking at an £11k fine, so not great :001_huh:

not in the old days, it was the norm ,no log truck left the wood part loaded it was unheard of :laugh1:

Thats right, I have had to throw stuff off the truck before now with 57 tons showing on the ticket. Its a good job the weighbridge is only a few hundred yards up the road .

them w/b killed the fun overloading log trucks ,remember putting 800/ft on an artic ,wish id had a cmra bk then :biggrin:
