Climbed to the top of this 135ft Grand Fir only to find some weird blue tag. Does this mean anything to anyone ?

Closest I've done to any tree work for a while, had put two days on it to allow for trailering away the brash, when got there customer had cut it all down and decided were hiring a small chipper to clear it themselves, so I just had the stumps to dig out, even going steady had them out by 2pm, steady Saturday 👍
