Seriously they had walked away from a tree after making the felling cut? How long had it been left for ?

 

 

Less than a day. Apparently never came back. So all I can go is on the clients word.

I am sure that comment was lost in translation "you want prosecuting", just to clarify we were called in to sort out the problem caused by someone else.

 

 

Sorry yes it was lost in translation !! , I meant people who leave trees in that position.

I'm pretty sure he meant the previous contractor mate, that's how I read it.

How did you deck it? Winch?

 

 

I thought so but thought it worth clarifying.

 

Yes throw line into it and the winch on the landy.
