The spec was a Hard Reduction on 3 hornbeams over an garage with an asbestos roof, 5 sheds and a green house! Had to zip line the majority of it!

Some SRT reductions on smallish trees today

20%ash

35% on cherry and a walnut.

Problem with this SRT stuff Is I think I'm getting out of shape as it's making it all to easy ,Monday and Tuesday on spikes with big saws I could feel it trying to clamber about today !

Started clearing the island on this lake today.

 

Had to man handle the little steel work boat into the lake, its a heavy thing goes about a ton.

Out of curiosity ham why not fell them! I'm guessing the millions of newly planted trees in the field behind!

 

 

Yeah your right!! Would of flattened a few! We did climb up and knock some big old lumps out though!! 👍🏻

A few from an oak pollard. Quite a bit of rigging involved as the tree was spread over 2 lanes, 4 gardens, 3 sheds and fences.. Not the nicest thing to do to an oak but it had outgrown its situation.
