Thanks got to get in to the habit of taking photos usually to involved in the job to think about it I've done some great jobs just have very little evidence.

Yeah I'm the same, set out to take photos of all the jobs last week, I've got one before photo.

Bit of a call out today, it was cracking and hung when it was called in but thankfully for us had made it to the ground by the time we got on site.

I wounder weather its the heat with all these beech trees sheading limbs. We have had a couple of big fuc**rs uproot and had to shut off roads to clear them. I know their only shallow rooted :001_smile:

What was the reason for not simply felling it???

To be honest it was my first thought but there was so much dead in it that we would have had a couple of hundred square meters of half tidy lawn to clear.

We contained the dead bits at the rim of the tree and had it cleared with a loader in 20 mins.

I also wanted to see our new climber in action on the bigger stuff I'm pleased to say i was more than impressed.

We are all guilty of that. I need to make more effort myself too. Problem is I have been doing the job so many years that unless I do something extraordinary I just don't feel the need to photo or video it, need to get out of that train of thought
