Had a lovely riverside job on all week with all rubbish being burnt on site = daily meat feast! Yesterday I cooked this aitch bone joint in the ashes of the previous day's fire for 4 hours, it just fell apart when I cut into it, lush!

 

 

And not to mention liver, bacon, onions and mushrooms for brunch

This morning we finished off a council job.

 

Then we went and set some anchor strops (access/rescue and belay lines) up for the instructors to use for tree/rock climbing. Also the instructor was the archery girl/body double for that girl from the hunger games.
