Some noise canceling blue tooth headphones from the wife for when I'm trying to do paperwork at home and kids are making lots of noise I can drown them out with decent tunes

Quite a few bottles of beer to work through but unlikely today as on call but hopefully nothing till after big family meal I'm on cooking now.

Bugger spoke too soon, almost as I posted that got phone call to a hanging tree over a road but at least it's local, time to brief wife on where dinner is at nd get going.

As for call outs, the days of me getting excited by an unexpected call are long gone, the LA rang me a few days ago asking if I would respond to call outs, due to the forecast. I said no.
